DESIGN AND EXPERIMENT OF COMB-BRUSH AND AIR-SUCTION COMPOUND TYPE FLAX CAPSULE HARVESTING TEST BENCH

In view of the problem plant entanglement threshing roller in process mechanized flax harvesting, a comb-brush air-suction composite capsule harvesting test stand was designed based on method capsules independently and then breaking to thresh them. The following four parameters were selected as experimental factors: shape comb tooth cross-section, rotational speed roller, relative machine travel air volume centrifugal fan. indicators chosen indicators: removal rate, breakage collection rate winding rate. A four-factor three-level orthogonal conducted. results showed that optimal combination factors follows: cross-section rectangular, brush 90 rad/min, 80 mm/s fan 6000 m3/h. Under condition better experiment combination, 96.45%, shell 98.79%, 95.65% plants 2.52%. bench provided feasibility scheme for thresher collection.
